About John Hofland

John Hofland lives with his wife Joyce in a house surrounded by flowers, fruit trees, berries, vegetables, and medicinal herbs in Washington state. He divides his work between creating art and making herbal remedies. For fun, he enjoys finding new hiking trails in the nearby woods, kayaking, and – most of all – visits with their grandchildren, daughters, and their families. He has worked as a theatre artist and teacher across the United States, as well as in Canada, Ukraine, Poland, and Thailand. And yes, he loves to travel.
